**Bringing Our A-Game: Nationwide Coils Shines at the MACC 42nd Annual Golf Outing**
At the 42nd Annual Golf Outing hosted by the Metropolitan Air Conditioning Contractors of New York (MACC), the Nationwide Coils NY team made their mark on the course and in the community. On August 9th, James Filauro, NY Account Manager, and Andre Ostacoli, Inside Sales Engineer, joined fellow industry professionals for a day filled with networking, competition, and fun.
The event took place at the Village Club of Lake Success, where attendees were welcomed with a special touch—Nationwide Coils-sponsored welcome bags. This gesture not only showcased the company’s support but also set the tone for a memorable day.
Throughout the day, golfers enjoyed a mix of friendly competition, delicious food, drinks, and a putting contest. It was a great opportunity to catch up with old contacts and meet new ones, including Amanda Dunklee, the newly appointed MACC coordinator. Networking is always a key part of these events, and this year was no different.
What made the day even more special was the unexpected connections. During breakfast, Andre ran into someone he knew from Orange Theory, never realizing they were in the same industry and part of the same association. It just goes to show that the HVAC world is smaller than it seems.
As the sun set, the evening wrapped up with dinner, a raffle, and some exciting prizes. James Filauro was one of the lucky winners, taking home a brand-new golf bag and putter after buying a few raffle tickets at the entrance. It was a fitting end to a successful day for the team.
For Nationwide Coils, the event was more than just a chance to play golf—it was an opportunity to strengthen relationships, build new connections, and represent the company in a positive light.
