This project aims at the urgent needs of pollution monitoring, control and emission reduction in chemical parks, and carries out research and development and integration demonstrations of various on-site monitoring technology systems for complex gas components. Developed an open light path monitoring system for volatile organic compounds with independent intellectual property rights, a portable ultraviolet/infrared analyzer for monitoring of pollution emissions, and a polluting gas distribution and emission flux mobile telemetry system to meet a variety of pollution emissions (VOCs, NH3, Monitoring requirements for NOx, SO2, etc., and point/area/disorganized emission methods, the establishment of comprehensive monitoring of point, line, and surface sources for pollution discharge in chemical parks, demonstration Applications in typical chemical parks in China, and serving during major national events The monitoring of pollution, the results of the project conducted a technical transformation, and achieved good economic and social benefits. The topics are innovative in multicomponent VOCs monitoring technologies and fugitive emission monitoring technologies.

At the acceptance meeting, Academician Liu Wenqing, the person in charge of the project, introduced the research background and general overview of the project. The research team Xie Pinhua’s researcher reported on the technical development report and financial report. Experts at the meeting listened to reports, reviewed related materials, and conducted inspections of the on-site operation of the instrument. They conducted questions and discussions on the implementation of the project and application demonstrations.

Finally, the acceptance expert group unanimously agreed to pass the inspection and acceptance of the project, and proposed to accelerate the industrialization of relevant scientific and technological achievements, increase the market share of monitoring equipment in the domestic and international markets, and provide independent knowledge for the pollution monitoring, VOC investigation, and clarification of pollution conditions in China Chemical Industry Park. The advanced technology of property rights provides technical support for the pollution supervision of the chemical industry.
