Their bearing assembly uses high-precision bearing chambers and special bearings for idlers, which provide a fine appearance, low noise, maintenance-free operation, long service life (exceeding 50,000 hours), and high reliability. We have developed controllable braking idlers to solve the problem of controlled braking on large downward belt conveyors. |
| Technical Features |
1. The rubber ring of impact idlers is made from flame-retardant rubber.
2. Stamping parts are used as bearing housing, machined by NC lathe.
3. Bearings are KA series special bearings for idlers.
4. The material used for bearing shafts is high-strength 45# steel, and NC turning and grinding ensure precision.
5. Sealing is specially designed with self-compensation, low resistance, waterproof and dustproof capabilities, keeping the bearings well-lubricated for a long time. |

2. Freight: We cooperate with reliable international shipping agencies to ensure timely delivery. We usually accept liner shipping and work closely during peak times to resolve transportation issues. If you have specific needs, please let us know.
3. Express and Air Transport: We can ship via express or air transport for urgent demands, but only for small-scale goods due to cost constraints.
4. International Multimodal Transport: Qualified MTO handles the transportation to ensure timely delivery. Container transport is typically used unless special circumstances apply. |
