In the life cycle of oil equipment, equipment is used and maintained for the longest time, and the energy consumption is also the largest, resulting in the most pollution. Therefore, in order to implement the sustainable development strategy and clean maintenance in maintenance, it is necessary to conduct green maintenance discussions.
First, the green maintenance overview
Green maintenance is a modern maintenance mode that takes into account the environmental impact and resource utilization efficiency on the basis of maintenance. That is, during the period of maintenance process and equipment maintenance until the equipment is scrapped, it is necessary to maximize the equipment maintenance and restoration. The various states must minimize maintenance waste and harmful emissions; it has the least negative impact on the environment, and the labor protection of the maintenance operators is good, and the resource utilization rate is also the highest. The goal of green maintenance is to maintain, restore, extend, and improve the function of the equipment with minimal resource consumption. At the same time, avoid waste or pollute the environment, in line with social and public interests and government regulations. In order to achieve the above objectives, it is necessary to carry out green maintenance research on pollution-free, non-polluting and resource reuse, and the green maintenance requirements of the products should be proposed from the initial stage of product design, and green maintenance design should be carried out. The green maintenance model of the oil equipment is shown in Figure 1 .
It can be seen that green maintenance is all activities that maintain or restore equipment to a prescribed state under the conditions of comprehensive consideration of resource utilization efficiency and environmental impact. The requirement is that, while achieving the physical goal of maintaining and restoring the specified state of the equipment, it should also achieve the sustainable development goal of minimizing environmental pollution and maximizing resource utilization in all activities of equipment maintenance and disposal. Green maintenance should start from two aspects. First, the green maintenance requirements of the product are proposed at the initial stage of product design, and relevant research on green maintenance design is carried out. Second, non-polluting or less pollution process and pollution prevention research for green maintenance production . Green maintenance forms a complete system with the goal of sustainable development. Put forward corresponding requirements in terms of maintenance methods, materials, energy, processes, etc., and formulate specific measures. Green maintenance takes into account economic and environmental benefits, minimizes the consumption of raw materials and energy, reduces costs, improves efficiency, minimizes harm to the environment and humans, and scientifically reforms and rigorously manages the entire production process. Emissions are minimized and environmental hazards are greatly reduced.
