High Quality Vertical Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machinery

Brief introduction:
Used to clean the ampoule bottles of the outer diameter 10-30ml, the west forest bottle and the infusion bottle and so on. The quality of cleaning meets the requirements of GMP standard.

The bulk bottle is entered into the ultrasonic cleaning tank by the bottle feeder. After about 80 seconds of ultrasonic cleaning, it's sent from the bottle screw to the lifting wheel by the ultrasonic flask, then it was clamped by the manipulator on the big drum, then it turned 180 degrees. The bottle down, and with the big wheel clockwise, big wheel assembly 6 lower spray needle (steam) tube tracking will spray needle inserted into the bottle according to the procedure of two cycles of water, a compressed air, then the two purified compressed air cleaning, water jet washing in the bottle. In order to complete the cleaning process of the bottle, wash the bottle after the manipulator will turn the bottle (bottle up) through dial the bottle to the tunnel oven, washing machine by frequency conversion, control of bottle washing machine production capacity, and through coordinated PLC program control and adjust the washing action of each process.
