1. Brief Introduction of 2CY Gear Pump
  The 2CY series gear pump is a traditional product from our country. The design and structure were imported from the Soviet Union in the early 1950s. These pumps are known for their simple construction, practical use, and ease of maintenance. The 2CY gear pump features a safety valve that automatically opens when overloaded, protecting the motor. However, it should not be used as a constant overflow valve to adjust the working pressure. The 2CY gear pump is commonly used to transport non-corrosive oil media, without solid particles or fiber, and is also suitable for lubrication pumps in various mechanical equipment. It can also handle high-viscosity heavy oil media at higher speeds.


2. Structural Characteristics of 2CY Gear Pump
    This series of 2CY gear pumps mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, and shaft end seals. The gears of the 2CY gear pump are made with high hardness and wear resistance after nitriding. The shaft is installed in replaceable shaft sleeves. All parts of the 2CY gear pump are lubricated automatically during operation. Four bearing sleeves are floating installed in the pump, and the end gap is automatically adjusted according to the working pressure. This ensures stable pressure, minimal flow pulsation, and high volumetric efficiency. When viewed from the spindle side, the pump rotates clockwise.

    1. The 2CY gear oil pump can be used as a transmission and booster pump in the oil delivery system.
