ST Series Stud Welding Machine

The Iking ST series stud welding machine is specifically designed for the installation of stud fusion welding in steel structures, bridges, and railways. This advanced model offers a range of features such as preset weld time, adjustable welding parameters, and digital display. With precision up to 0.01 seconds and current settings down to 1 ampere, it ensures high reliability and stability during operation.

The compact and lightweight design allows continuous operation for 24 hours. It includes anti-misoperation functions to prevent repeated welding on the same spot, along with short-circuit and circuit-breaker protection systems. These features ensure the safety of the control board and smooth restart after any issues. The low failure rate extends the lifespan of the welding machine, making it an ideal choice for industrial applications.
