Norway solves ship exhaust pollution

Yara International of Norway and Wilhelmsen Maritime Services have jointly launched a ship nitrogen oxide pollution solution. In recent years, ship NOx treatment technology has developed rapidly, with an increase of 35% in the first half of 2007. According to reports, the technology to reduce ship NOx emissions is related to a catalytic technology currently used in the terrestrial industry and transportation industry.
