EFM-3001 is a high-quality epi-fluorescence microscope designed for advanced biological and scientific applications. It is ideal for fluorescence microscopy, as well as transmitted light observation. The instrument features infinity-corrected plan achromatic objectives and wide-field eyepieces, ensuring clear images and an expansive field of view. This makes it a perfect tool for research in fields such as biology, cytology, oncology, genetics, and immunology. It is also widely used in academic institutions, medical facilities, and public health organizations.
The EFM-3001 comes with a binocular optical system and offers 500–1000X magnification. It does not provide stereoscopic vision, but its optical design ensures sharp and detailed imaging. The microscope is equipped with an epi-fluorescence illumination system that includes a mercury lamp (100W/DC) and a turntable filter system covering UV, V, B, and G wavelengths. This allows for flexible and precise fluorescence excitation.
The microscope features a trinocular head with a 30° inclination, making it suitable for documentation and imaging. The coaxial coarse and fine focus system provides smooth and accurate focusing, with a minimum division of 2 μm on the fine adjustment. The quadruple nosepiece ensures efficient switching between objectives, while the double-layer mechanical stage offers a large working area of 210mm x 140mm with a movement range of 75mm x 50mm.
An Abbe condenser with N.A. 1.25 and adjustable rack-and-pinion mechanism enhances image resolution. Additional features include a blue and frosted filter, a halogen lamp light source (6V, 20W), and brightness control. Optional accessories such as dividing eyepieces, fluorescence objectives, CCD adapters, and digital camera interfaces are available to expand the microscope's functionality for various imaging needs.
