Production Details:
The QC12Y-6*3200 is a high-performance sheet metal shearing machine, commonly referred to as a swing beam shear. It is powered either hydraulically or mechanically and operates by clamping the material with a ram before the moving blade cuts across the fixed blade. This machine is ideal for cutting various materials such as aluminum, mild steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheets, iron sheets, and more.
Key features include quick and easy adjustment of the blade gap, which is clearly indicated on a dial for precise control. The advanced hydraulic system ensures reliable performance and ease of maintenance. The machine meets international safety standards and is built with a welded frame that reduces vibration and increases rigidity.
