According to the briefing, the Jilin Provincial Public Security Fire Corps set aside seven million yuan from actual combat needs and provided a wheeled armored fire engine for each of the two chemical city fire protection units in Jilin and Songyuan, laying an important foundation for the rapid and efficient disposal of chemical disasters. . Subsequently, 15 fire-fighting vehicle teams consisting of jet-type assault boats and various types of main battle fire engines passed through the observatory in turn, demonstrating the tremendous achievements made by Jilin Province in firefighting equipment construction in recent years.

At the same time, a helicopter appeared in the sky and a work bucket under the helicopter was loaded with a lot of fire-fighting water. The helicopter came to the top of the fire building and instantly released the work bucket. Under the action of strong water flow, the roof fire was quickly extinguished. 
This is a drill of a chemical plant disaster accident in a comprehensive firefighting emergency rescue exercise. Jilin Province firefighting force has pre-programmed a special combat force to fight chemical fires based on actual combat experience and fire tactical requirements, so that the formation can once mobilize warfare. In particular, from 2009 to 2011, the Jilin provincial government launched a 350 million yuan firefighting equipment and firefighting informatization plan. The province’s public security firefighting force newly purchased 179 firefighting vehicles and 34,500 pieces of equipment, and the initial implementation of firefighting equipment was realized. From the quantitative type to the efficiency type, the combat effectiveness of fire fighting and rescue has increased significantly. 
The main battle vehicle of the fire drill is a self-manufactured fire truck jointly developed by the Jilin Provincial Fire Brigade and FAW. FAW's urban main battle fire truck is specially equipped with a 700 MPa high-strength Frame and less leaf spring damping, and is the first in the country. The CAN bus is used to centrally control the key components of the vehicle's engine, gearbox, and water pump. 
The car is also equipped with a car computer, GPS, 17-inch LCD screen, with camera functions, reversing images, can be visualized during the operation of the deployment, to achieve remote video and voice communications. The engine of the chassis of the FAW fire engine is up to 350 horsepower, while the American fire engine chassis is 300 horsepower. With the high-power engine, it can match the more powerful water pump.
