Agricultural (forestry) tire tread pattern classification has a uniform specification in GB/T29791999, and tread pattern classification of construction machinery has a uniform specification in GB/T29802001 standard.

Although there are traditionally known tire patterns for passenger car tires and heavy-duty tires, there are standard pattern classification and classification codes for agricultural (forest) and construction machinery tires, but there are many pattern patterns under each pattern type. For example, the R1 pattern of agricultural tires produced by our company has more than a dozen pattern patterns due to different models, customer requirements, and the use environment. There are also more than ten kinds of E2 pattern patterns for construction machinery tires.

The new pattern number should be concise, orderly, easy to remember, easy to classify and archive. (1) Construction machinery tires and agricultural (forestry) tires continue to use the existing pattern numbers, except that the products with the same specification and same pattern type are further subdivided after the pattern number, for example, E3/L3 followed by the letter B. E3B/L3B, R1 followed by the letter C is R1C. (2) Semi-steel radial tires continue to use the existing pattern number, but only followed by a serial number to describe the specific pattern.

In the product catalog, the design department and the sales department work together to compile a new product catalog. All product catalogs are numbered with new tire treads and correspond to the tire models, tire performance, and applicable environment.
