Introduction: The Automatic Soft Tube Production Line seamlessly connects the tube-making process (PE tube extrusion, Lami tube sealing) with the shoulder injection machine, forming a fully automated workflow. This line is suitable for PE extrusion tubes, plastic laminated tubes, and aluminum-plastic laminated sealing tubes.
The core technology involves the automatic shoulder injection machine. The B·ZT-III injection molding machine, independently developed by our company, is a new generation of advanced machinery designed specifically for tube shoulder injection molding. It is widely used for the shoulder injection of laminated and plastic tubes. All operations are controlled via a PLC system with a large touch-screen interface. Integrating mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic technologies, it offers high productivity, low energy consumption, easy operation, automatic fault warnings, stable performance, and no waste. Through plastic injection, extrusion, squeezing, and welding, it produces seamless, smooth, and durable plastic shoulders for tubes.
The machine includes a tube transmission and feeding mechanism connected to the tube-making machine, clearance apparatus, injection and extrusion device, mold closing and opening system, and automatic tube releasing mechanism.
After the tubes are produced by the tube-making machine, they are transmitted through the connected system, heated in the charging barrel, and then the screw is driven by a servo motor to inject the rings into the mold through the plastic valve. After further pressing and cooling, the mold is opened, and the automatic shoulder injection is completed.
