2. Introduction: The Automatic Soft Tube Production Line integrates the process of tube making (PE tube extrusion, Lami tube sealing) with a shoulder injection machine, forming a fully automated production flow. This line is suitable for PE extrusion tubes, plastic laminated tubes, and aluminum-plastic laminated tubes.
The core technology is based on the automatic shoulder injection machine. The B·ZT-III injection molding machine, developed independently by our company, is a high-tech machine designed specifically for tube shoulder injection. It is primarily used for the shoulder injection of laminated and plastic tubes. All operations are controlled through a PLC system via a large touch-screen interface.
By combining mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic technologies, this machine offers high productivity, low energy consumption, easy operation, automatic fault warnings, stable performance, and minimal waste. Using plastic injection, extrusion, squeezing, and welding, it produces seamless plastic shoulders that are smooth, attractive, and durable.
The machine includes a tube transmission and feeding mechanism connected to the tube-making machine, a clearance device, an injection and extrusion unit, a mold closing mechanism, a mold separation device, and an automatic tube release mechanism.
After the tubes are made by the tube-making machine, they are transferred to the next station, heated in the charging barrel, and then injected into the mold using a servo-driven screw and a plastic injection valve. After further pressing and cooling, the mold is released, completing the automatic shoulder injection process.
