An interview with Changan Mazda Sales Manager

Zhuhai Xintongda Automobile Sales & Service Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Tonglihua Group. Established on December 28, 2007, it is the first batch of sales and service centers authorized by Changan Mazda Motor in the country. The object we interviewed today is the long horse sales manager Wang Wei.

Upon hearing Wang Wei's name, the first reaction was a woman. However, when I saw myself, it really shocked me and my little partner.

Easy Net: Hello, Mr. Wang, honestly speaking, last year's sales are not very satisfactory. Can you talk about the performance of Changan Mazda in Zhuhai in the first half of the year?

Wang Wei: From the sales of long horses in Zhuhai in the first half of the year, it can be seen that the tasks accomplished by the manufacturers in the first half of the year are basically satisfactory. To tell the truth, there is still a relatively small gap between the group’s budget targets.

Easy Net: What models are currently sold at Changma? What are the advantages of these models compared to the same level?

Wang Wei: At present, our company represents Mazda 2, Mazda 3, Xingye and CX5 of Changan Mazda, and the more popular models are mainly Starbucks. Nearly 70% of sales in the first half of the year are derived from the Xingyi model. Xingye has been the top seller since entering the Changan Mazda system in 2010. The friends who know this car know that Xingye is different from the control and control of other cars!

Easy Net: In view of the Changan Mazda CX-5 just listed, let's talk about what kind of advantages it has compared to similar models.

Wang Wei: When it comes to the CX-5, the soul movement is a design concept. Chuangchi Blue Sky is an innovative technology. So when it comes to the CX-5, it is inseparable from the words Chuangchi Blue Sky and Soul Movement. Everyone often thinks that the technology of “Chuangchi Blue Sky” is an engine technology. Actually, this is not a simple engine technology. Instead, Mazda’s developers have thrown away all of their original development concepts from scratch. The four most important parts of the car, the engine, the body, the gearbox, and the chassis were redesigned, and the utmost efficiency in these four areas was pursued to create technologies beyond our imagination.

The engine of “Chuangchi Blue Sky” has a bright spot with a compression ratio of 13:1. This ratio is very high, and some manufacturers have achieved 11:1. This has the biggest premise that No. 97 oil is needed to achieve this level. But the oil of our car No. 93 is OK, and the other point is 13:1. It's hard for people to imagine what this concept is. I'll give you a very simple example. Everybody knows F1 racing. Its engine is 13:1. In this state of the art, I believe that this engine's performance is also good and bad in all aspects. Everyone should be able to imagine it.

Easy Net: For CX-5, there is no expected sales in the second half

Wang Wei: As the CX-5 was imported into the domestic market in the form of vehicle imports, it has been a major bottleneck in terms of price. Since the end of May, Changan Mazda announced that it will soon be made in China, my store accepted nearly 30 people. Zhuhai's orders are the highest in Guangdong Province. It can be seen that customers have very high trust for Zhuhai Xintongda for this car. We will also witness the price and the majority of Zhuhai citizens at the listing meeting on August 18.

Easy Net: Telling everyone, what measures will the new Tongda store use to get sales back on track?

Wang Wei: At the beginning of this year, we launched a series of service products and after-sales services. Including some, not only the store, like the extended warranty products of the Changma brand, for vehicle parts and components, extended warranty service; as well as efforts to increase roadside assistance services, namely on-site rescue and trailer services. For timely and effective on-site service for simple mechanical faults, battery problems, fuel problems, and tire problems, strive to be on call. Then there is the maintenance package service, that is, for different customer needs, many maintenance package bundles, a lot of discount products.

At the same time, the shop also provides services such as customer renewal, agent annual inspection, and related vehicle use services, which can save customers a lot of time, helping customers save a lot of trouble.

Each year, our service department will hold three large-scale service activities. Each activity lasts for three months, covering the needs of customers in different seasons.

In order to provide a larger customer platform for each of the Changan Mazda customers to communicate with each other, I will also be held from time to time to carry out a variety of activities such as owner lectures, self-driving tour, car owners and other activities.
