How Many Kinds of Prototypes Does Lead Well Make?
1. CNC Machined Prototypes
CNC machined prototypes are available in a wide range of hard plastics and metals. These prototypes are made from real materials, not simulates, ensuring accuracy and quality. Our services include precision CNC machining with tight tolerances. Commonly used materials include ABS, PMMA, Nylon, Delrin, aluminum 6061 T6 and 7075 T6, titanium alloy, brass, and steel. We also offer various surface finishes such as sandblasting, painting, anodizing, mirror polishing, and more. Our engineers will help determine if CNC machining is suitable for your project. Typically, STEP or IGES 3D CAD data along with PDF drawings are required.
2. Polyurethane Castings (Vacuum Castings)
Vacuum cast parts look almost identical to injection molded parts, making this process ideal for small batch custom plastic parts. The process involves creating a master model via SLA or CNC, then using it to make a silicone mold. This allows for multiple identical polyurethane prototypes. The silicone mold typically lasts around 15 shots. For high-gloss parts, we use PMMA (Acrylic) for the master pattern and hand polish it to achieve a smooth finish.
3. 3D Printed Rapid Prototypes
3D printed prototypes are perfect for thin-walled and complex parts. If speed is essential, 3D printing is the best option. We offer SLA and SLS prototypes in various plastic materials. SLA prototyping is an effective method for producing ABS-like prototypes. Longxiang specializes in accurate SLA and SLS rapid prototypes.

3. How does the ADL control the quality?
A: During processing, operators inspect each size themselves. After the first whole part is finished, it is shown to QA for full inspection. Before shipment, QA inspects according to ISO sampling standards for mass production.
4. What's the payment term?
A: 50% deposit, 50% balance by T/T before shipment when order amount exceeds 5000USD.
5. What's the delivery time?
A: Normally, 3-7 working days for samples. 12-30 working days for mass production. If urgent parts are needed, we can provide preferential processing and adjust the delivery time as required.
6. What is the standard of package?
A: Separate blister plastic box or bubble wrap/pearl wool to prevent scratches and damage. Outer packaging with wooden cases or as per products. Or as per customers' requirements, in perfect condition.
