This pump is ideal for transporting various types of oils such as heavy oil, diesel, lubricants, and animal or vegetable oils. It can also handle fluids with a low flash point when equipped with copper gears, like gasoline and benzene. Please note that the media temperature should not exceed 70°C, and the operating temperature of the oil pump should be below 300°C. The pump features an internal safety valve to ensure safe operation under high temperatures. It offers different types of shaft seals including skeleton seal, mechanical seal, and stuffing seal, which can be specified upon ordering.

The 2CY series Gear Pump is primarily designed for carrying lubricants in various mechanical systems. It is suitable for transporting oils with lubricating properties, provided their viscosity is below 300cst and the temperature is under 300 degrees Celsius. Stainless steel versions can transport edible oils, beverages, and similar substances. This pump does not come with a built-in valve, and it includes multiple options for shaft seals such as skeleton oil seal, mechanical seal, and stuffing seal.
