To this end, Linxi County has accelerated the pace of independent innovation by local bearing companies, increased the technological content and competitiveness of products, and achieved new births in the bearing industry. Bearing products relying on imports will soon be replaced by Linxi Manufacturing.

Zhang Xijun told reporters that from the spontaneous upgrade of equipment to consciously upgrading, it reflects the change in the value orientation of the entire bearing industry. Inflow into the production workshop is used again, and the precipitated solid grinding slag and iron pin can also be directly recycled by the steel mill for secondary smelting. The company's responsible person Li Weifu introduced that the company has invested more than 20 million yuan, the original hydraulic machine for green technology, the establishment of a large circulating fluid grinding system, to achieve zero discharge of the grinding fluid, zero pollution, water and electricity savings reached 90%, respectively More than 70%.

The reporter learned that the waste grinding fluid discharged from the bearing processing stage is the largest source of pollution to the external environment. In recent years, the scale bearing enterprises in Linxi County have resorted to equipment renewal and adopted the centralized circulation liquid supply mode, which has solved this problem.

Previously, the bearings were cleaned with kerosene. Last year, we invested more than RMB 1 million in new bearing cleaning lines and switched to professional cleaning fluids. In Runhe Bearing Co., Ltd., Chief Engineer Yang Guang picked up bright bearings and told reporters that the price per ton of cleaning fluid is 20% cheaper than that of kerosene. Calculating at 50 tons per year, it can save nearly 400,000 yuan annually. At the same time, the cleaning liquid is odorless, non-polluting, and the waste liquid can be recycled.

In order to reduce energy consumption, the county actively implemented technological transformation. Since last year, the county's 386 bearing enterprises above designated size have independently invested 1.085 billion yuan in technical reforms and completed 21 technological transformation projects. Among them, 15 new bearing cleaning production lines, driven by technological changes, the annual energy saving and consumption reduction of bearing enterprises was 8.57 percentage points, and the income increased by more than 3 million yuan.
