New home for South Elgin engine (more)

More about the new home for the South Elgin fire engine, shared by Danny Nelms:

The engine that once served the South Elgin Fire Department and had been in Pennsylvania for several years was recently put up for sale. In response to the destruction caused by the tornado in Mayfield and Graves County, Kentucky, the Penn Forest Volunteer Fire Company #2 made the generous decision to donate the unit to the Mayfield/Graves County Fire and Rescue Squad. Their firehouse was completely destroyed, along with multiple pieces of equipment.

The Seagrave pumper was loaded onto a flatbed truck late on December 16th and began its journey to Kentucky. The donation is a heartfelt gesture of support from one community to another during a time of great need.
