New truck for Norwood Park FPD (still more)

Known as the "Island in the City," the Norwood Park Fire Protection District has just received their brand-new #Velocity 100' #AscendantTower. This state-of-the-art aerial ladder truck is set to enhance their ability to respond to emergencies in the district’s many high-rise buildings. The mid-mount platform was specifically selected for its superior maneuverability and improved visibility from the front of the truck, making it ideal for navigating tight urban spaces.

The district covers 6.5 square miles and handles over 4,000 emergency calls annually, serving a population of more than 25,000 residents. With this new apparatus, they're taking a major step forward in fire safety and emergency response capabilities.
