First, daily use precautions

Aquatic products are often weighed using hanging barcode scales. However, many supermarkets and supermarkets tend to use desktop barcode scales instead of hanging barcode scales. Many parts of the bar code scale are charged with electricity, such as printers, keyboards, connectors, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to waterproof during use. In particular, brine corrosion and conductivity of seafood are very large. Otherwise, it will cause a short circuit to burn the machine.

The greasy goods must be packaged and then weighed to prevent aging of plastic parts such as housings, while large oily debris falling into the machine can affect the sensitivity and accuracy of the sensor.

Avoid placing and operating barcode scales in direct sunlight. Direct sunlight will directly affect the effect of the display, while reducing the life of the display. Strong light can also affect the work of infrared sensors in bar code scales, causing misoperation of the printer. Avoid placing bar code scales in areas with frequent air flow, such as air conditioners, electric fans, and entrances and exits. The accuracy and stability of the symmetry of the pressure caused by the air flowing to the weighing pan is very large.

In special circumstances or when abnormal conditions occur during the use of the bar code scale, please shut down and wait for a while to turn it on again.

Second, routine maintenance method <br> <br> must prepare some commonly used tools and materials before maintenance:

1. Clean the scale body to cut off the power and unplug the power cord. Soak the gauze, wring it out, and then use a little neutral detergent to clean the pan, display the filter, and other parts of the scale.

Note: Do not use any chemical solvent for cleaning. During the cleaning process, avoid splashing water into the scale body. If you accidentally splash into the scale body, you must wait for the water to dry before turning on the power. Otherwise, it may cause electric shock. Or damage the device.

2. Horizontal calibration Check the scale body for proper operation. If there is tilt, adjust the scale foot so that the blisters are in the center position.

3. Clean the printer, cut off the power, open the plastic door on the right side of the scale body, hold the plum handle on the outside of the printer, and pull the printer out of the scale body. Press the spring on the front of the printer to loosen the print head and gently wipe the print head with the special print head cleaning pen attached to the scale to remove the dirt. After the wipe is completed, the pen cap is covered with anti-pen cleaner fluid and then evaporated. Wait for two minutes. After the cleaning liquid on the print head has fully evaporated, close the print head, push the printer back to the scale body, close the plastic door, and check the power on. After clear printing, use it normally.

Note: To clean the print head, you must use the cleaning pen attached to the scale. If the cleaning liquid in the cleaning pen is used up, you can find some clean soft cloths and wipe it with a little anhydrous alcohol. Do not use other cleaning fluids or wipe the print head with harder items. Doing so may cause damage to the print head.

4. Initialize the bar code electronic scale has zero tracking and start clear function, remove the foreign matter on the weighing pan, ensure that the scale is turned on in the absence of wind around the boot, such as a little weight display after boot, you can press the "clear" button on the keyboard Return the scale to zero.
