Manufacturing Process
CLW Functional Characteristics of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tank:
1. All pressure components are strictly qualified in terms of material, dimensions, weld quality, operation quality, installation quality, safety devices, and accessories.
2. Physical and chemical tests are conducted on conventional tank materials, including mechanical properties and chemical composition. Their welded joints, welds, tank heads, and geometric locations of each component are inspected through rigorous X-ray non-destructive testing and magnetic particle testing.
3. Seals, pressure, and other technical indicators that may affect the safety of the product are tested.
4. A and B class welds undergo 100% ray weld inspection, qualified at II level. C and D class welds undergo 100% magnetic particle inspection, qualified at I level.
