Introduction:

1, It is recommended that the interference fit between the bearing bore and turbine shaft should be within 0.5um~1.5um. When inserting the turbine shaft into the bearing bore, apply pressure on the face of the inner ring to avoid damage to the raceway and balls.

2, After fitting the bearing into the turbine shaft, ensure it is clean and filled with special lubricant. (Ethanol must not be used.)

3, After high steam sterilization, a small amount of lubricant should be injected into the air inlet of the Dental High Speed Handpiece before use to extend the bearing's service life.

4, To maintain operational stability, the preload spring stress of the bearing should be controlled under 1.2Â±0.2N.
