Recently, Dutch integrated bridge solution provider Alphatron Marine and Belgian liquefied gas product transporter Exmar Ship Management signed a full service maintenance contract to provide maintenance services for six gas carriers.
According to Alphatron, the contract will help Exmar reduce the burden over the next five years, ensuring that ship operations are optimized and daily operating costs are reduced.
According to the contract, Alphatron Marine will serve the joint research center equipment and navigation and communication equipment of the ship, as well as equipment for mandatory annual inspection and certification. The contract amount was not announced.
It is reported that the fleet operated by Exmar Ship Management Company includes 5 LNG carriers, 9 LNGRV carriers, 7 VLCCs, 13 heavy gas carriers, 1 semi-submersible high pressure gas carrier, and 5 full-pressure gas transportation. Boat, 3 accommodation barges and 1 FSRU.
