2. The uneven surface of the pipe or the ultrasonic flowmeter is installed at the welding seam. The solution to this situation: The pipe is abraded or away from the weld.
3. The roundness of the pipe is not good, the inner surface is not smooth, and there is a pipe-type structure. This may happen if the pipe is a cast iron pipe. Solution: Select a place where the inner surface of the pipe is smooth or where the inner lining is located.
4. Measured medium is pure or suspended solution is too low solution: use other types of suitable instruments.
5. The glass fibers should be removed when the sensor is installed in the glass fiber pipe.
6. The sensor is mounted on the sleeve and weakens the ultrasonic signal. The sensor should be moved to the unsleeved pipe section.
7. The coupling between the sensor and the pipeline is not good, there will be gaps or bubbles in the coupling surface. The couplant should be reinstalled.
