4. Data deviation failure caused by low fluid conductivity

The lower limit of the conductivity of the fluid is affected by the working principle of the flowmeter. A specified value must be ≥5μs/cm . More fluids generally have low distilled or deionized water. These conductivity are generally close to the specified values. The lower limit value, the result is that the measured value is unstable
