Second: burn the motor.

Third: poor tolerance.

Fourth: The grinder vibrates.

Whether the qualified grinder is broken corn or idling, there is no vibration. Put a glass of water on the paper shredder to work. Normally qualified water is not splashed out of the paper shredder. If there is vibration, one is that it affects the efficiency, the other is that it is unsafe and prone to safety accidents. Once the crusher vibrates, the balancer must be used to correct the crusher rotor. This is the wind disk. There are also some crushers that take a long time, the wind disc on the wind disc is severely worn and uneven, and it will shake at this time, and the baffle or wind disc needs to be replaced.

Fifth: The dragon blades are worn and the shaft is broken.

Vertical feed mixers have been used for a long time. Some dragon leaves in the mixing tank are severely worn and even lack lumps. Sometimes the vertical axis breaks inside.
