Working Principle

A pair of rollers rotates inside a lubricated chamber, compressing and flattening the hose. As the rollers turn, the flattened section of the hose moves from the inlet to the outlet. The hose, filled with liquid, gradually regains its shape due to its elasticity, creating a vacuum to draw in more material. At the outlet, the hose is compressed, forcing the material out. This cycle ensures continuous and efficient material transfer, suitable for temperatures up to 80Â°C.
