A: Generally, we pack goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a registered patent, we can use your branded boxes after obtaining your authorization.

A: 30% T/T as a deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show you photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What are your delivery terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How long is your delivery time?
A: Usually 30–60 days after receiving the deposit. The exact time depends on the items and order quantity.
Q5. Can you produce according to samples?
A: Yes, we can produce based on your samples or technical drawings. We can also build molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply samples if we have stock, but customers must cover the cost of the sample and courier.
Q7. Do you test all goods before delivery?
A: Yes, 100% testing before delivery.
