Gaoqiao Petrochemical's DCP (Di-Octyl Phthalate) production plant passed the technological transformation and the secondary effluent treatment plant achieved stable effluent standards. This wastewater treatment method has recently won national invention patents.
Gaoqiao Petrochemical has been working on the technical personnel of the company since 2008. Through repeated trials and screenings, it has innovatively developed a combined DCP wastewater treatment method for primary biochemistry-catalytic oxidation-secondary biochemistry-treatment effluent. Among them, a biochemical treatment can purify wastewater, and secondary biochemical can achieve stable water discharge. During the research process, technicians successfully solved a series of problems such as the replacement of secondary biochemical aeration systems and fillers, inoculation, and improvement of the biodegradation activity of sludge.
