4, the use of aluminum alloy material Aluminum alloy is less dense than steel, so in some parts of the composite material can not be replaced, you can use aluminum alloy materials, including sheet metal parts and castings. Wheel rims, engine blocks, transmission bodies, etc., are also cast aluminum alloys to a large extent, and they are designed to provide sufficient strength and stiffness while minimizing weight.

5, the use of high-strength steel using high-strength steel plate, can reduce the thickness of the steel plate, thereby reducing weight. Cold-rolled steel sheets used to manufacture the car body and hot-rolled steel sheets used to make the frame can be made of high-strength steel to increase the strength of the car and reduce its own weight.

Second, the natural gas trend. The natural gas heavy truck market will become a new growth point in the heavy truck market. During the “12th Five-Year Plan” period, it will be a period of high-speed growth of natural gas heavy trucks, which will surely become an important market segment for heavy truck companies to compete for. Natural gas heavy truck refers to a gas-fueled heavy-duty vehicle that uses natural gas as fuel (CNG is compressed natural gas; LNG is liquefied natural gas). According to different fuel use conditions, it can be divided into single-fuel natural gas vehicles (engines use only CNG or LNG as fuel), dual-fuel natural gas vehicles (using diesel + natural gas, or using gasoline + natural gas as a fuel vehicle). The most widely used at present is a single-fuel natural gas vehicle.

Third, the high-end heavy trend. With the soaring oil prices in recent years, increasing overloading of governance in various regions of the country, and the development of the road transport industry, transportation companies have paid great attention to the economics of road transport, which has led to the development of heavy transport. At present, all domestic heavy truck companies have launched their own high-end products. For instance, the automobile fleet’s “land fleet”, Jinan CNHTC’s “HOWOA7”, SAIC Iveco Hongyan “JIE SHI”, Shaanxi CNHTC’s “DeLong F3000”, FAW Jiefang “J6”, Dongfeng “Tianlong”, and Hualing "Star Kema" and so on.
