From 2012 to 2014, Zhenhai District of Ningbo will adopt economic, legal, and administrative measures to strengthen the restructuring and upgrading of the industry, and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the fine chemical industry in the region. It is understood that the district plans to rectify 61 fine and small chemical companies, so as to fully meet the requirements for cleaner production and safe standardized production.
There are three measures in Zhenhai: one is to close down, relocate, and change production; the other is to upgrade and transform; the third is strict access. To achieve the goal of rectification, the district will implement policy incentives and subsidies for enterprises that have completed the annual plan as required, and impose restrictions and penalties on enterprises that have not completed the plan on time, so that the fine and small chemical industry can be effectively promoted, and clean production and standardization of safety can be achieved. And further establish a sound policy system to eliminate backward production capacity.
