Origin: China
1. Features of USCG Marine Solid Water Incinerator - Intuitive man-machine interface for easy operation and monitoring - Optional continuous solid waste loading system with pneumatic control for efficient feeding - Sludge mixing via a recirculation pump to ensure optimal blending and combustion efficiency - Three heating options available for sludge: electric elements, steam coil, or thermal oil coil - Real-time tracking of operational status for better control and record-keeping 2. Approval of Marine Solid Waste Incinerator This incinerator is specifically designed to handle solid waste and oily sludge onboard ships, complying with the following regulations: - MARPOL 73/78 Annex V – Type approval and operating limits for shipboard incinerators - IMO Resolution MEPC 76(40), adopted on September 25, 1997 - IMO Resolution MEPC 93(45), adopted on October 5, 2000 - MARPOL 73/78 Annex VI – Resolution for the Prevention of Air Pollution from Ships, adopted on September 26, 1997, and came into force on May 19, 2005 The unit has received approvals from various classification societies and regulatory bodies, including EC, CCS, DNV, GL, LR, ABS, and USCG. 3. Components of a Complete Marine Solid Waste Incinerator System A full system consists of three main parts: (1) Combustion Chamber (2) Sludge Tank with Heating Elements (3) Exhaust Gas Fan The combustion chamber includes the combustion chamber itself, burner, control panel, and built-in accessories. The sludge tank features either an electric heater, steam coil, or thermal oil coil, along with a circulation pump, level switches, and other necessary components. The exhaust gas fan includes a flue gas fan, damper, and expansion bellows to manage emissions effectively. 4. Technical Specifications of Marine Solid Waste Incinerator Our compact model, HYINS-18, is ideal for small to medium vessels. It has a capacity of 180,000 kcal/h, with 156,000 kcal/h for solid waste and 22.5 kg/h for sludge oil. It offers simple operation—just place the waste into the fire pot and start it. A 500L tank is used for collecting sump oil, eliminating the need to put solid waste directly into the tank. 5. Advantages of Our Marine Solid Waste Incinerator (a) No Secondary Pollution During the burning process, the flue gas emitted is colorless, smoke-free, and odorless, with minimal dust and no toxic substances. (b) Easy Installation and Maintenance The equipment is designed with a modular structure, allowing for easy disassembly and customization based on your vessel's specific layout. (c) User-Friendly Operation (PLC Control System) It operates automatically through a PLC control system equipped with sensors and two digital temperature controllers. This allows precise monitoring and control of the combustion chamber temperature. (d) Safe and Reliable Operation With advanced safety features and robust design, this incinerator ensures secure and stable performance even under varying conditions.
