1. Insurance: Take out the 20A fuse, use a multimeter to measure the resistance of both ends of the fuse, and determine if the fuse is blown. If it is blown, replace the fuse. If it is blown immediately after the change, there will be a short-circuit environment in the line. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the relay coil and the loop resistance to remove the short circuit.
2. Fan motor: If the fuse is in good condition, turn on the manual switch. If the fan motor operation instructions are not hindered by the fan motor itself, if the fan motor does not turn, directly supply the fan motor with 24V voltage, if it still does not turn, the fan motor is identified as damaged. Replace the cooling fan assembly.
3. Temperature control switch: If the fan motor does not interfere with itself, use a wire to short the temperature control switch. If the fan motor operation indicates that the temperature control switch is damaged, change the temperature control switch. If the fan motor does not turn and the relay is damaged, the relay box needs to be changed.
4. Relay: Pull out the temperature control switch connector. If the cooling fan motor continues to turn, you can identify the relay as damaged and need to change the relay box.
5, manual switch and fan motor: directly to the cooling fan motor for 24V voltage, such as fan motor operation can be identified as manual switch damage, need to change the relay box, such as the fan motor can not be identified as a fan motor damage, should change the total cooling fan to make.
