In immunohistochemical staining workflows, the repeated exposure to liquid baths and frequent washing—especially after antigen retrieval—can pose a significant risk of tissue or cell loss. The CITOTEST® Color-PLUS™ microscope slides are designed with a special, permanent adhesion coating that ensures strong and reliable binding of tissue sections to the glass surface, greatly reducing the chances of sample loss during processing. These slides are especially recommended for H&E staining of delicate tissues such as brain and spinal cord samples.
Recommended for manual IHC staining, automated IHC staining using Leica and Dako stainers, and routine H&E staining of fragile tissue sections.
