Yesterday morning, the first practical operation of instrumentation and laboratories was held at the Liaoning Toyota Gold Cup Technician College. 20 players on the spot competed in the two projects of design and installation and automated system debugging.

Design and installation projects comprehensively test the ability of the players in terms of design ideas and skills. The competition title requires players to install a sewage treatment system according to given criteria and device design.

To achieve the task requirements, the player must first draw his own design ideas clearly on the drawings. After that is the installation operation. There is an instrument placement table next to each player. There are more than 40 devices in different shapes and sizes. These devices are not all installed on the sewage treatment system, and some are not used. In order to make the system run smoothly, the players need to choose the most suitable device for their design ideas.

During the assembly of instrumentation and pipeline parts, the players are all concentrating to ensure that there is no leakage point at every connection point.

In order to ensure the fairness of the competition, 5 invigilators and 5 referees were assigned to the competition for design and installation. Each invigilator is responsible for proctoring 2 players. "The console between the player and the player is next to it. After the design and installation of all players is completed, the five referees will test each player's system together, whether they can run according to the requirements of the task, whether the devices used meet the design standards, whether there is any leakage or safety issues, etc. Take points.

The five referees will score each player separately, removing the highest score and the lowest score. The remaining three scores will be the player's score on average.

There will be a total of 80 players participating in the hands-on competition of instrumentation and engineering. The competition will be divided into 4 sessions. The first match was held yesterday.
