Global parts supplier Robert - Bosch (Robert Bosch GmbH), Deutz (DEUTZ AG) and Eberspächer (Eberspaecher GmbH & Co. KG) said recently that they have signed a contract to build a diesel exhaust treatment System joint venture company.
The joint venture company is named Bosch Emission Systems GmbH & Co. KG and is headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany. The purpose of the joint venture is to combine the advantages of the three companies in automotive exhaust gas treatment and provide first-class exhaust gas treatment systems for construction, agricultural machinery and commercial vehicles.
However, the joint venture company has yet to be approved by the anti-monopoly organization. After all of them are ready, the joint venture company will officially start operations in January 2010 and begin production in the autumn of 2010.
