Industrial furnace kiln dust emission standards

This standard is formulated in accordance with the "Air Pollution Control Law of the People's Republic of China" and GB 3095-82 "Atmospheric Environmental Quality Standards" to control industrial furnace kiln dust pollution, improve air quality, protect people's health, and promote economic development.

This standard applies to burning coal, oil, gas industrial furnaces.

Standard value and applicable area

1.1 Whose values ​​and applicable areas of coal-fired kiln dust emission in various regions are listed in the following table:

1.2 All types of fuel gas furnaces, smoke blackness should not be greater than the Lingerman black level.

1.3 The cement industry shall be implemented in accordance with G B4915-85 “Pesticide Industry Emission Standards for Cement Industry”. Metallurgical industry by GB 4911 a 4913 a 85 "steel industry emission standards", "light metal industry emission standards", "heavy non-ferrous metal industry emission standards" implementation. Industrial furnaces not covered above do this standard.

1.4 Industrial furnaces burning other fuels can be implemented with reference to this standard.

1.5 The applicable areas in the above table of this standard, the first-class districts shall be determined by the state, and the second, third and fourth districts shall be determined by the people's government at or above the county level.

2 kiln chimney height

2.1 The height of the chimney of the kiln is not less than 15m.

2.2 When there is a building within a distance of 200m around the chimney, the height of the chimney should generally be higher than the highest building by 3m.

3 test conditions

3.1 The test method of soot concentration and Ringermann blackness shall be based on GB 9079-88 "Test method for industrial furnace kiln dust".

3.2 Testing is performed under maximum heat load.

3.3 The dust concentration test results, the excess air coefficient should be converted to 1.5.
