At the same time, foreign countries have also begun to introduce technical trade measures specifically for LED lighting. On July 1, 2011, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan promulgated the "Decree on Amending the Part of the Implementation of the Electrical Appliances Safety Law." According to the latest regulations of the decree, LED bulbs and LED lighting appliances that enter the Japanese market will be subject to a round PSE mark on July 1, 2012. This marks that LED lights and LED lamps have become the subject of control in the Electrical Appliances Safety Law. At that time, LED lighting fixtures exported to Japan will be affected by this decree, and relevant production enterprises should respond promptly.
