At present, the wind power transmission gearbox products produced by Heavy Tooth Co., Ltd. have been installed and used in wind farms in North China, East China, South China, Northeast China, Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia. So far, the longest has been safely operated for nearly 8 years in the wind power-increasing gearbox that is handed over to users. In April and November 2004, the company also successfully developed 750 kW and 1000 kW wind power transmission gearboxes. In August 2004, the heavy tooth company exported two 600 kW wind power transmission gearboxes to Germany, which laid the foundation for the company to enter the international procurement circle of wind power equipment manufacturers. At present, the heavy tooth company has initially developed 1000~2500 kW wind turbine speed-increasing gearbox products, and successfully realized wind power generation growth of 600 kW, 750 kW, 800 kW, 1000 kW, 1500 kW and 2000 kW. In order to adapt to the market and realize the requirements of professional configuration of wind power generation, Chongfang Co., Ltd. established Chongqing Heavy Tooth Wind Power Gearbox Co., Ltd. in May 2005.
