What are the links in the mineral processing operation?

The ore dressing process can be divided into three stages: pre-selection preparation, sorting, and dehydration.

1) Preparation before the election. This phase includes both crushing and sieving, grinding and grading. Its purpose is to separate the useful minerals in the ore from the monomer, creating conditions for the selection.

2) The selection phase. Select according to the different properties of the ore to extract the useful minerals.

3) The dehydration stage after the selection. The concentrate obtained from wet beneficiation contains a large amount of water, which must be dehydrated before being sent to smelting. The dehydration stage usually consists of three processes of concentration, filtration and drying.
