On December 16, 2010, Yuchai Heavy Industry held a grand ceremony for the delivery of excavators to Brazil. The total number of excavators exported to Brazil totaled 48, and medium and large excavators YC230-8 accounted for 15 units, marking the new development and breakthrough of Yuchai Heavy Industries' overseas export market. It also indicated the medium-to-large scale printing Yuchai Heavy Industry logo. Excavator products have been recognized in overseas markets. Zhang Shiyong, general manager of Yuchai Heavy Industry, and Zhan Xu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, and Mr. Bian Dejun, general manager of Yuchai Heavy Industry (Tianjin), and general manager of the Brazilian distributor Feng Jinhua attended the delivery ceremony.

At the ceremony, Bundesliga first congratulated Yuchai Heavy Industry on the success of a single batch of 48 excavators exported to Brazil. He reviewed the history of Yuchai Heavy Industry digging up exports from the early 1990s to all types of medium and large-scale excavation exports. In the past twenty-one years of trespassing in overseas markets, Yuchai’s heavy workers have embraced the dream of revitalizing the national industry and worked hard to win the reputation of exporting national brands overseas.
In his speech, Feng Jinhua stated that Brazil is the largest country in South America, with developed industrial and mining industries and a large demand for construction machinery products. The export is an order for Yuchai Heavy Industry's largest export volume and export amount in South America. It achieved a breakthrough in the development of the Brazilian market and established Yuchai Heavy Industry’s overseas brand image.
Zhang Shiyong delivered the key model of the excavator to Feng Jinhua and together with the Bundeswehr made a simple and grand ribbon-cutting.
