This indicates that China's high-performance carbon fiber has made major breakthroughs in industrialization. For a long time, the monopoly of foreign countries has finally been broken, and Jiangsu Hangke has thus become the only company that can industrially produce T800 carbon fiber in China.

Wang Haojing told reporters that the three major performance indicators such as tensile strength, tensile modulus, and fracture elongation of Hang T800 carbon fiber products, as well as other indicators such as linear density and thermal conductivity, are equivalent to the T800 products of the international carbon fiber giant Toray. In particular, the long-term weakness of the domestic carbon fiber industry has also led to a qualitative leap in product stability. Prior to that, stability has always been a “sense” of corporate product development. According to reports, the variation coefficient (CV value) of Hangke T800 carbon fiber is less than 3, slightly better than Dongli's similar products (less than 5). The CV value of the carbon fiber is an important indicator for designing the margin of the composite component. The smaller the CV value of the carbon fiber is, the smaller the amount is and the better the enhancement effect is.

In addition, the raw silk used in the production of carbon fiber is produced by the company itself, mainly 6k, 12k (6000/12000 per bundle).

According to Wang Haojing, the project was launched at the end of 2009. Through the cooperation of production, study and government, it has obtained a series of innovative achievements with independent intellectual property rights, and has broken through the bottleneck of many key technologies and special equipment manufacturing in the process of T800 carbon fiber industrialization. At present, Jiangsu Hangke has applied for 85 patents (of which 24 are authorized), and has formulated 20 equipment manufacturing specifications, 40 production process specifications, 68 process tracking test specifications, and 1 T700 and T800 corporate standard, respectively, for carbon fiber production. It laid a solid foundation for technological R&D and industrialization and also accumulated valuable experience for the future development of carbon fiber industrialization in China.
