The winter heating situation is grim

According to reports, with the approval of the municipal government, the city has already taken measures to stop some gas-fired thermal power plants that do not have a high heat load, without affecting the heat supply of residents. Currently shut down includes Huaneng Thermal Power Plant Phase II, Caoqiao Thermal Power Plant's entire gas-fired generating units, and a gas-fired generator unit of the Xinxin Thermal Power Plant, which can reduce natural gas consumption by around 4.5 million cubic meters per day.
