Life has a way of throwing unexpected challenges our way, but sometimes those moments lead to great stories. That's exactly what happened with the East Dundee Fire District. Their day started with an accident—not their fault—but thankfully, no one was injured. However, their custom Alexis pumper was temporarily out of service. With production times stretching longer than ever and backlogs piling up, the team at Legacy Fire reached out to their trusted partners at Alexis Fire Equipment and their body shop for support. And they delivered. Not only did they help repair the rig quickly, but they also provided a loaner fire engine so East Dundee could continue serving their community without missing a beat.Today, we're thrilled to share that East Dundee's engine is fully restored and back in service. It’s a testament to the power of teamwork, dedication, and strong relationships within the fire service. Stainless or Nickle are available) between the plates to create a strong and leak-proof joint.
The main advantages of brazed heat exchangers include their high heat transfer efficiency, compact size, and reliability.The basic flow principle in a brazed plate heat exchanger is parallel to achieve the most efficient heat transfer process.In a single pass design, all connections are located on one side of the heat exchanger, making installation very easy.
The flow principle of a brazed heat exchanger is based on the counter-current flow configuration, where the two fluids involved in the heat transfer process flow in opposite directions. e.g the picture A and B
