The reporter learned that before this, the National Development and Reform Commission had issued the “Guiding Opinions for Promoting the Development of Comprehensive Transportation Hubs” and “distribution” of 42 national integrated transportation hubs, and requested the local governments to organize the preparation of their comprehensive transportation hub plans into the overall urban planning. Approval. Only Hefei City is listed in the province. Other national comprehensive transportation hub cities include Beijing, Tianjin, Harbin, Jinan, Shanghai, Nanjing and Guangzhou.

In accordance with the project announcement announced by the Hefei Public Resource Exchange Center, Hefei will analyze the major problems existing in Hefei's external traffic and integrated transportation hubs through this outline, study the development trend of Hefei's comprehensive transportation hub, and forecast the demand for external transportation and comprehensive transportation hubs. The scientific positioning of the comprehensive transportation hub in Hefei was put forward, the overall objectives of the comprehensive transportation hub in Hefei were put forward; planning of external transportation and hub layout, external transportation and hub transportation convergence planning; the demand for electric power, refined oil and natural gas in the future were analyzed, and external power was proposed Planning and layout plans for pipeline networks and cables, such as oil and gas, the Internet, planning and layout plans for major power facilities, wireless base stations, etc.; strengthening the organic convergence of water transportation, railways, highways, aviation, and pipelines, and improving the hub collection and transportation system .

According to the requirements of the project, the outline preparation will use single-source procurement, and negotiations will be conducted jointly with the National Institute of Development and Reform Commission, the Institute of Integrated Transportation Research, Anhui Provincial Institute of Integrated Transportation Co., Ltd. and the Hefei Planning and Design Institute. This means that if the tendering of the project proceeds smoothly, the above-mentioned three units will jointly complete the preparation of the Outline of the National Comprehensive Transport Hub Plan for Hefei.
