Repsol begins trial production of natural gas-condensate discovery in Ucayali block in Peru

Oil and Gas Online Houston January 14 news: A consortium led by YPP of Repsol, Spain, began trial production of a natural gas-condensate discovery in Block 57 of the Ucayali Basin, Peru.
The early test flow was 35.3 million cubic feet per day of natural gas and 1245 barrels per day of condensate.
Repsol YPF owns 41% of the shares and Petrobras owns 35.15% of the shares. They are acquiring another 23.85% shares from Connaught's Burlington Resources.
Petrobras stated that the discovery well was close to blocks 58 and 110, and it is exploring and owning 100% of the shares.
