On December 29, Ningbo Engineering Co., Ltd. spent only one and a half hours successfully lifting the first crude argon column and crude argon condenser of the cold box of the IGCC air separation unit of the Fujian Refinery Ethylene Project, rewriting the entire domestic similar equipment. The hoisting record provides an example for the overall hoisting of similar equipment in the future. Fujian Refinery Ethylene IGCC Air Separation Unit The cold box crude argon column has a diameter of 2.8 meters and a length of 47.8 meters. Its upper part is connected to a crude argon condenser with a diameter of 3.368 meters and a length of 5.2 meters. The overall weight is 62 tons and the total length is 53 meters. This equipment is not subject to wind tower, material is aluminum-magnesium alloy, soft material, poor flexibility, easy to produce deformation during transportation, lifting process, before there is no domestic precedent for lifting.
