2. Productivity The productivity of a counter crusher is generally calculated according to the following empirical formula:

Where, K1 - correction factor, generally takes O.1; C - the number of hammers on the rotor; h - the height of the hammer (m); a - the distance between the hammer and the counterattack (m); - the size of the ore discharge (m); b - the width of the hammer (m); n - the rotational speed of the rotor (r / min); δ - the loose density of the ore (t / m 3 ).
3. Motor Power The motor power of the impact crusher is currently calculated based on empirical formulas derived from production practices or experimental data.
(1) According to production practices:

Where Q, the crusher production capacity (t / h); K - specific power consumption (kW / t), usually for medium hardness limestone K = 0.5 ~ 2; for coal K = 0.8 ~ 1.5; Take the lower limit when crushing, and take the upper limit when crushing.

Where, Q - the capacity of the crusher (t / h); i - the crush ratio; K 0 - the proportional coefficient. Medium hardness material is taken as 0.026.
