First of all, do not start the fire and add cold water. After the agricultural vehicle starts, the temperature of the engine body rises sharply and the instantaneous temperature of the combustion chamber can reach several hundred degrees Celsius. If cold water is suddenly added to the tank at this time, cracks may easily occur in the body cylinder parts due to rapid cooling, and the piston, connecting rod, etc. may also be deformed. The correct method is to fill the water tank with 80°C hot water before starting, preheating the engine, easy to start and less damage.  

Second, do not rush to discharge water after use. In winter, the temperature is low, and the agricultural vehicle is used up. At this time, the temperature of the body is as high as 90° C., and the temperature difference from the outside is large. If the cooling water is discharged immediately after flameout, the cooling rate of the airframe is too fast, which may cause cracks in the water tank, engine parts, and cylinder heads. The correct method is: Let the engine idle for 5-6 minutes, the standby body temperature drops to 50-60 °C and let go of cooling water.  

Again, pay attention to the observation when you release the water to ensure that the water is drained. After the minimum temperature falls below zero at night, this requires special attention so as not to freeze the cooling water and freeze the water tank and other components. Long-term use of agricultural vehicles, especially groundwater hardness, scale more areas, scale, impurities and other easily deposited in the water switch, causing the switch blockage, cooling water put in endlessly, causing the engine freeze cracking. Therefore, when the agricultural vehicle is used for water discharge in winter, the discharge condition should be carefully observed. If the water flow is not smooth, the discharge switch should be opened so that the cooling water in the body can be fully discharged.
